Kind owner, clean, gave free fridge to help with food. Very quiet location, very peaceful, other guests and owners, cleaned daily. Easy access to bus.

Is the place old? Yes. Are there some strange smells in the bathroom from old piping? Yes. Is the bed saggy? A bit. But if I wanted luxury, I would have booked at the Hilton and paid accordingly. Colony was a cheap, convenient place to sleep, with a hot shower, clean sheets, and a door that locked. The staff responded promptly to any request I had and made my visit nice and smooth.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping did a nice job of changing towels and replenishing items in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good location and space for our weekend visit.

travelled 12 hours to visit the arcade across from the motel. the location of this motel was perfect and allowed us to have a warm place to sleep and wash. We really didn't spend much time in the room. but it was clean and comfortable.
